Tom oversees MERGE Atlanta's business strategy and growth, client relationships, finance and operations. He helps healthcare organizations define their digital strategy and deliver the tactical experience and resources to succeed online. Tom is always looking for ways to develop intuitive digital design and innovative technology that work as one. He founded AVID Design in 1996, which combined with Dodge Communications, and is now part of the MERGE network.
EVP, Strategic Services, Technology
Keir joined MERGE Atlanta in 2011 and brings a strong background in healthcare IT and more than twelve years of web and application development experience. Having also worked in academic research and government environments, he understands the unique challenges facing hospitals in today’s digital age. Keir’s priorities include, overseeing the development of new applications and web products, heading a team of talented developers and programmers and working directly with clients on technical requirements and functionality. Keir began his career as a freelance graphic designer in the late 1990s and graduated with a degree in graphic & web design from Florida State University.
SVP, Strategic Services, Marketing, Operations
Elisabeth brings experience in healthcare communications, media relations and brand marketing to her role at MERGE Atlanta. As senior vice president, she serves as the chief strategist for her team, overseeing many of the firm's longest tenured clients as well as some of its most established brands. Throughout her career, she has managed a number of successful, award-winning communications programs for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Elisabeth's extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry and in-depth experience in the B2B space enables her to develop a true understanding of her clients' needs and provide the strategic counsel and oversight needed to achieve their unique business objectives.
SVP, Strategic Services, Digital, UX
Mark joined the MERGE Atlanta leadership team as SVP, Digital Strategy. Most recently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy & Web Marketing at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), this important expansion of our leadership team will make a significant impact with our clients. Mark will enhance the partnerships we have established with our many clients in the healthcare industry and expand the depth of digital strategy services we offer. With a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and nearly two decades of experience leading digital teams with a strong focus on digital strategy and UX, Mark adds strength to the MERGE Atlanta team across several key areas, including the user experiences (UX), multi-channel marketing tactics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems.
VP, Account Management
Kelcie combines years of agency experience with a thorough understanding of the healthcare and technology spaces to strategically oversee a wide variety of MERGE Atlanta’s public relations and marketing accounts. Committed to helping clients strengthen their market share, she has successfully created and executed powerful integrated campaigns to enable some of the world’s most recognized brands enhance awareness, advance thought leadership and nurture demand. A news junkie at heart, Kelcie's passion for storytelling is the catalyst driving her to help companies discover the unique messaging and communications vehicles that foster relationships with target audiences and set them apart from the competition.

Maria brings deep experience in integrated communications, public relations and crisis communications to MERGE Atlanta serving as strategic counselor for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to trade associations and start-ups. With a passion for both storytelling and navigating complex environments, Maria oversaw a number of award-winning healthcare communications programs and has helped client partners rebuild reputation and trust following some of the most challenging crises of the 21st century.

Erin brings an integrated marketing background from both an agency and corporate perspective to her position at MERGE Atlanta. Her experience means she understands the intricate business challenges her clients face. Accomplished in brand marketing, strategy and messaging development, marketing automation, creative process, and marketing communications, her versatility allows her to be a knowledgeable, steady partner for her clients. Erin has applied her expertise in B2B to companies of all sizes, from small, local businesses to global networks. Having worked with a diverse stable of clients throughout her career, Erin has numerous resources to draw from to provide solutions her clients need.
VP, Business Development
Dean brings an abundance of consulting and account management experience to MERGE Atlanta. He has been at the agency since 2000 and has worked exclusively with healthcare clients on the strategic direction and implementation of improved systems and processes, including Baptist Health South Florida, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Arkansas Children's Hospital and Medical University of South Carolina. Dean’s priorities include strategic web planning, online consulting and strategic implementation, content architecture and navigation planning.
VP, Content Services
Meredith joined MERGE Atlanta in 2011 and brings strong healthcare experience in developing strategic content to direct online communication strategies and achieve corporate goals and objectives. She has leadership level healthcare experience at large health systems and academic medical centers developing integrated marketing strategies, effective brand marketing/SEM, and strategic web content implementation. Meredith has served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at The Commonwealth Medical College, Director of Product Line Marketing & Communications at Scott and White Hospital & Clinic, and Director of Referring Physician Program and Director of MDTV (Telemedicine Program) at West Virginia University Health Sciences Center. Meredith received her BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia.
Jill brings nearly 25 years of professional writing experience to the position of copywriting director at MERGE Atlanta. She is responsible for managing a team of seasoned copywriters and ensuring all content reflects the right message for the right audience – no matter how complicated the subject. As a writer, editor and publisher for healthcare B2B publications, Jill has covered an endless array of topics pertaining to the healthcare industry.
Director, Business Development
A proactive and results-driven professional, Stephanie is our Sales Director at MERGE Atlanta. Her focus and organizational skills support a range of existing clients and build rapport with prospective clients. Stephanie has professional development training in HIPAA compliance, customer issue handling, Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care Supplier Standards. Stephanie's previous experience includes Wound VAC Therapy sales within the hospital setting, including developing and managing relationships with key clinical management decision makers. In addition, she has experience making rounds in various patient care units including ICU/CICU to help caregivers better manage clinical outcomes.
Nina brings corporate communications, public relations and digital marketing, as well as extensive website management and design to her role as an Account Director at MERGE Atlanta. Before joining MERGE, she spent more than 10 years within a healthcare system directing marketing, internal communications, website and digital strategy and CRM campaigns. She has more than 20 years’ experience in journalism, medical publishing, real estate, online education and media relations. She is also an award-winning newspaper journalist.
Jenny is responsible for creating a collaborative creative environment where designers and writers are inspired to think strategically in a way that gives brands meaning and differentiates them in the healthcare industry. Jenny has more than 17 years of experience and spent 10 years in New Zealand as the associate creative director for Robbins Brandt Richter and Rapport Advertising where she managed integrated campaigns for a variety of clients. She has received numerous awards for her work recognizing her creativity and expertise in branding and integrated marketing campaigns, as well as her graphic design skills in all forms of media.
Director, Internet Applications
Tim has been a part of the team since 2004. As Director, Internet Applications, he provides insight and development expertise for both Internet and Intranet for our range of clients including large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, hospitals and physician practices. He has directed projects from inception to launch with international clients such as Hitachi Telecom and Scientific Atlanta. His healthcare expertise provides implementation direction for clients, including Palomar Health, Georgia Regents University, Baptist Health of South Florida, Columbus Regional Healthcare, Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, and many others. Tim’s priorities include offering technical solutions for dynamic functionality, creating custom solutions for unique applications and providing insight for healthcare strategy.
Director, Digital Solutions
Michael has a strong background in digital marketing, healthcare IT marketing and digital project management. He has worked in the field for 5+ years and brings a diverse and varied background to the project management team. Michael’s priorities are monitoring overall project health, improving project process, managing company-wide timelines, heading a team of skilled project managers who act as strategic partners to clients. Michael’s education background (MBA in 2007 from Southern Polytechnic State University) provides a diverse foundation as he works with internal team and clients to deliver high quality, award winning websites.
