MERGE Atlanta Closes 2018 Strong with 14 New Clients and 12 Awards

Goodbye 2018. Hello 2019! With the new year here, many teams reflect on the year past and consider ways to learn, grow, and improve. Reflect, review, reignite: a motto we can all follow. Last year brought many new opportunities as we built lasting partnerships with clients and even more, grew as a company, becoming stronger than ever.

As we look back, here are some of our 2018 highlights.

Some things we’re particularly proud of:

14 new clients: We’re excited to start the new year with 14 new partnerships across the healthcare market. The clients, which include players within healthcare technology businesses, hospitals and health systems, teamed with us given our depth of industry knowledge, suite of integrated communications services and strategic thinking. A few notable clients include:

  • IKS Health, which enables the enhanced delivery of exceptional health care for today’s practicing physician, medical groups, and health systems.
  • Trellis Rx, which partners with health systems to fund, build, and operate world-class specialty pharmacies.
  • Parkview Health, which is northeast Indiana’s largest not-for-profit healthcare provider.

We’re helping these new clients launch numerous marketing initiatives spanning website redesign, intranet design and e-Tool development; strategic communications consulting, positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans; public relations and brand awareness campaigns; lead generation and nurturing; sales enablement; and reputation management services.

12 awards: We received 12 awards in 2018 for quality client work; 6 awards in the second half of the year. Notable accomplishments include:

  • The MarCom Awards honor excellence in marketing and communication and is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).
    • Parkview Health website; platinum
    • Aetna infographic; gold
    • The Queen’s Health Systems’ website; gold
  • The W3 Awards honor creative excellence on the web, and recognizes the creative and marketing professionals behind award winning sites, videos and marketing programs.
    • Floyd Health website; silver
    • University of Miami Health website; silver
  • The eHealthcare Leadership Awards recognize the work that has gone into creating outstanding health websites and digital initiatives.
    • VCU Health website design; gold
