Challenge: The region’s top employer Floyd Medical Center was looking to redesign their website properties to provide an improved user experience across all devices and better represent the excellence provided by the organization. Floyd’s previous website did not provide a consistent mobile-responsive experience and didn’t represent the organization’s brand promise to provide comprehensive and technologically advanced care for the communities they serve. Additionally, Floyd Medical Center needed a partner to update their current website to SharePoint 2016 while also focusing on updating content, establishing brand continuity and empowering users by optimizing search capabilities and improving the overall user experience.

  • Provide a full strategic redesign and UX model for the Floyd and Polk Hospital websites
  • Provide original content, key messaging, and key word research for website and targeted campaigns
  • Update existing tools and provide new tools on the SharePoint platform such as:

    – Classes & Events
    – News Center
    – Secure Form Builder
    – Site Search
