Develop and support of our websites, web applications and other digital products. Build websites to client specification. Learning and understanding the workflows of the AVIDCMS. Developing and improving existing modules, applications, and web forms. Work on a wide-range of web-based programming related projects to meet the unique needs of our clients. Use creative designs and static HTML build outs to create dynamic websites. Demonstrate the willingness to learn new technologies hands-on. Work on multiple projects at once and switch contexts quickly. Use of visual production tools (Photoshop) to extract design elements. Perform iPhone and Android Mobile App Development. Perform SharePoint Design, Administration & Development. Perform Word Press programming and template creation. Perform Window Server Management. Utilize knowledge of programming, architecture, modern programming practices, methods and languages.

A Digital Project Manager is a facilitator, adviser, organizer and strategist for projects involving the creation of digital media related work and is central to the success of all digital projects.

A Digital Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to consolidate and manage the creative work of the digital design team and coordinate with the development team to implement a product that will satisfy the client’s overall requirements. The position serves as the primary manager and communicator of any digitally-based project. This position collaborates with multiple project team members across both creative and technical disciplines. For example, a complex website project may require graphics, animation, streaming audio and video and database functionality. They provide unique oversight and perspective to maintain a common goal while increasing knowledge, communication, and awareness between team members and the client.

The Digital Project Manager should be able to manage and deliver our projects within quality standards as well as time and budget requirements. Ultimately, this role proves to be essential to the success of any digital project.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)


  • End-to-end project management of digital development projects

  • Scope project requirements and determine budgets

  • Develop and manage to detailed project plans while monitoring progress

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are achieved

  • Provide ongoing communications to team members to ensure all understand assigned tasks

  • Anticipate challenges and roadblock and act proactively to resolve issues

  • Proactive communications with client and management about status of projects, informing of potential issues prior to those coming to fruition


Required skills

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in web development or marketing environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

  • Outstanding writing and interpersonal communications skills

  • Outgoing personality; ability to effectively interact with team members

  • Quickly and ably adapt to change

MERGE Atlanta is looking for an experienced .NET Web Developer who can hit the ground running. Depending on the project, you will take on tasks such as coding, testing, deploying and debugging complex user interfaces. You will work closely with project managers, testers and other developers to build websites in our proprietary (ASP.NET / sql-based) CMS.

Experience working directly with content management systems including but not limited to Umbraco, Sitecore, Sitefinity, SharePoint, Kentico
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure to deliver high quality work within timelines.
