What you’ll do:

 Each intern will be assigned a manager who will oversee your projects and growth path, as well as provide ongoing feedback and a final review. You will have the opportunity to work directly on client projects and assignments, attend internal and client meetings and learn about the day-to-day work in a marketing agency.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Shadow Account Team to become familiar with agency processes and best practices, including internal agency meetings as well as client status and conference calls

  • Assist Account Management team in routing projects through the agency from inception through execution and delivery

The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and driving the execution of short and long-term digital marketing strategies for clients and the agency, while also providing day-to-day management of the digital marketing team.

The Digital Marketing Director will lead collaboration with client and agency teams in identifying opportunities to translate business challenges into improved experiences and profitability.   • Translate client and agency business priorities and insights into actionable strategies and services, working in collaboration with client and agency teams to achieve a variety of financial and strategic goals

  • Develop and communicate the digital marketing team’s client service offerings and go-to-market strategies for areas including Email, CRM, SEO, and Analytics

  • Identify, track, analyze, and report on KPIs across clients, platforms and channels to measure overall performance, providing insights and steering decisions. This includes solving unstructured problems using complex data and moving past simple insights to discovering and presenting actionable recommendations.

  • Participate in crafting and pitching client business proposals; contribute to and review requirements, and provide accurate resource, time, and cost estimates for the digital marketing team’s services

  • Participate in the conceptualization and execution of all agency services, including web, mobile, PR, content, inbound, demand gen, social, influencer strategy, print, video, experiential, and more

  • Identify new clients, projects, and service offerings

  • Manage team resources, track & report project timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree; in fields related to marketing, PR, digital marketing and/or marketing technology (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Certifications in project management, salesforce, email marketing, analytics, PPC and other digital marketing verticals a plus

  • 8-10 years of experience; agency or consulting experience preferred

  • Must have experience managing and mentoring staff; ensure understanding of expectations, provide regular feedback, identify and nurture growth opportunities

  • Experience leading teams, client meetings, brainstorming sessions & building consensus within a group

  • Experience in working with, or for, healthcare startups, and a preference for agile, human-centered methodologies

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

The IT Systems Administrator will report to the Director of IT and is a critical part of the IT Department, supporting technology needs for our employees and consultants. You will design, create, maintain, and improve systems that support the work we accomplish, as well as assist with triage and resolution of support requests along with the rest of the network’s IT Department. Responsibilities


  • Design, build, and maintain local and network-wide infrastructure, including but not limited to servers, SANs, firewalls, switches, and WiFi access points

  • Plan, track, automate, and execute maintenance and patching schedules for local and remote server infrastructure

  • Support our developers with your sysadmin knowledge and talents, including but not limited to work in IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, Apache/HTTPD, DNS, and general web app troubleshooting

  • Spearhead automation and improvement efforts to tie together systems and workflows. Work with departments and the IT Director to source, purchase, or create tools to solve problems.

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain a Windows self-service patching system servicing our PC users in Atlanta, Boston, and Chicago.

  • Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of on-site and remote systems and services.

  • Move, set up, troubleshoot, and support usage of conference room audio/visual equipment

  • Conduct both formal and informal training for employees and consultants on internal and office standard applications.

  • Provision and set up hardware, software, and logins/accounts for new employees.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Stellar communication skills, both written and oral

  • Demonstrated expertise in the following:

  • Supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows Server (2008R2, 2012R2, and 2016)

  • Active Directory, including GPOs and multi-site replication

  • Deployment and maintenance of virtualization platforms, preferably VMware ESXi

  • File server administration, including permissions and quotas

  • Networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, firewall maintenance, and associated network troubleshooting techniques

  • Functional knowledge of Git

  • Scripting in Powershell, bash, and/or Python

The Marketing Automation Specialist will work with a number of account services teams focused on delivering integrated plans that bring together multiple disciplines across several content channels. Responsibilities 

Client relations:


  • Manage marketing automation solutions, primarily Pardot & Marketo, but other platforms as needed, and become one of the company's subject matter experts being able to thoroughly understand product features, functions and benefits while being able to share with all levels of organization and clients

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (peers, leadership, clients and partners) to develop digital strategy and implement automation programs and other marketing automation platforms as needed

  • Implement all facets of the Pardot & Marketo platform including technical setup, lead scoring, lead nurturing, automation, progressive profiling, forms, connectors and more

  • Coordinate and execute marketing automation programs for clients, including but not limited to email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurture programs, segmentation, lead qualification, etc.

  • Manage timelines and expectations to ensure client programs are completed on-time and within budget

  • Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliverables and modifications to their existing CRM and marketing automation platform


Marketing support:

  • Manage MERGE’s Salesforce account and keep updated with new prospects and current marketing lists and configure and manage all marketing to sales lead data handoffs, data updating processes and monitoring

  • Segment and leverage the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting

  • Coordinate and execute email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurture programs and social media channels and outreach

  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance

  • Produce marketing reports that measure website, landing pages, social media and demand generation activity over time and track progress against goals

  • Help create and maintain high quality lists for programs including handling list segmentation, merges and bounce backs

  • Continual development of marketing automation and digital marketing education and participation in online communities to expand learning opportunities and provide recommendations to improve integrated campaigns and performance

  • Record time worked on a daily basis

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of previous B2B and marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent combination of education, experience or training)

  • 1 – 2 years of previous experience working with a marketing automation and CRM systems including Pardot, Marketo, &Salesforce. Certifications are a plus

  • Ability to understand workflow processes and systems within a marketing/sales cycle

  • Well-rounded marketing technologist familiar with industry best practices (inbound/outbound marketing, demand generation, etc.)

  • Google AdWords, SEO and Wistia experience is a plus

  • Independent, take charge, self-starter who is organized and flexible with ability to manage multiple tasks

The Sr.  Account Manager (SAM) is passionate about marketing and PR. They handle the day-to-day account workload and execution of client objectives for multiple healthcare clients in the marketing, PR and media relations space.
